At GeoDrive, we’re more than just offshore experts — we’re a tight-knit, family-run company with a hands-on mindset and a passion for what we do. Whether it’s heading out to the North Sea, the Gulf of Mexico, or wherever the job takes us, we look for people who aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, travel the world, and deliver solid work with a good dose of team spirit.
We’re always on the lookout for down-to-earth professionals who love the offshore life — the early mornings, the technical challenges, the ocean views, and the satisfaction of getting the job done right. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
At GeoDrive, we invite you to join a dynamic team at the forefront of offshore and onshore monitoring innovation. As a part of our collaborative environment, you’ll have the opportunity to work with industry leaders such as Heerema, IQIP, Allseas, DeNys, DEME, Seaway7 and TenneT, contributing to cutting-edge projects that redefine industry standards. At GeoDrive, your work matters — whether you’re offshore or supporting from land, you’re part of a team that learns by doing and grows together. We believe in giving people real responsibility, room to develop, and the chance to contribute to meaningful projects in pile monitoring and geotechnical engineering. If you’re looking for a place where your skills are valued and your input makes a difference, you’re in the right spot.
GeoDrive is looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Offshore and Onshore Team.
Onshore, you’ll be involved in the fabrication, calibration, and testing of sensors and cables at our office in the Netherlands. You’ll also contribute to the development of new sensor solutions, working hands-on to improve and innovate our technology.
Offshore, you’ll travel internationally to install sensors and cables on foundation piles during offshore pile driving operations. You’ll be responsible for measuring and collecting data onboard offshore vessels, playing a key role in ensuring accurate and reliable results.
GeoDrive welcomes you to join our team, contributing to groundbreaking projects and technological advancements in the offshore industry.
