Impact Pile driving
For monitoring and interpretation we use the PDI measurement system and CAPWAP software. With this measurement system, we can determine the energy, pile stresses, and load-bearing capacity of the pile. This entails us boarding the installation vessel, barge, or other designated location where the piles require measurement. On-site or at the yard we can attach both above-water or underwater sensors to the piles, utilizing our specially designed GeoDrive mounting blocks. Other methods such as adhesive or screwing are also possible. Once the sensors are installed, we connect everything to our PDI system for precise measurements. After completion, you will receive the monitoring data and a field report per pile. Additionally, upon return to our office, we provide a final report. It’s a straight forward, efficient, and accurate process.
Vibro pile driving
In recent years, we have also gained extensive experience in vibratory measurements and analysis. For this purpose, we utilize a continuous measurement system. On the installation vessel, barge, or other locations, we are able to attach both above-water and underwater sensors to the piles using our specially developed GeoDrive mounting blocks. Other methods such as adhesive or screwing are also possible. Once the sensors are installed, we connect everything to the measurement system for precise measurements. After the measurements, you will receive the data either raw or processed, based on your preference. Additionally, upon returning to the shore, we provide a final report. It’s a straightforward, efficient, and accurate process.
For above services we supply cables and sensors to be mounted on the pile. Our sensors have withstood water depths of 300 meters, making them suitable for all offshore pile monitoring activities.
